These rules ensure a strong, respectful, and effective dnW Alliance, fostering a thriving community and collective success.

1. Membership & Conduct

• Joining: New members are welcomed based on shared values and willingness to contribute. A probationary period may apply.

• Activity: Maintain reasonable activity. Notify leadership of prolonged inactivity to avoid removal.

• Contribution: Actively participate in Alliance activities (resource gathering, defense, offense, support) to build our lasting legacy.

• Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes respectfully and privately, or escalate to leadership. No public shaming.

• External Interactions: Represent dnW positively. Avoid petty arguments with non-alliance players unless directly provoked.

• Respect & Fair Play: Treat all members, allies, and opponents with respect. Engage honestly and ethically, avoiding exploits or cheating.

• Teamwork & Communication: Cooperation is key. Support members and use designated channels for clear discussions and announcements.

2. Resource Management & Support

• Resource Sharing: Share resources and provide mutual support, especially during critical moments, to aid our resilient growth.

• Requests & Donations: Use the designated system for requests and donations. Do not spam.

• Fair Distribution: Alliance resources and rewards are distributed fairly, based on contribution or need, supporting our commitment to excellence.

3. Alliance Leadership & Decision Making

• Leadership Roles: Leadership (Leader, Officers) handles strategy, rule enforcement, and conflict resolution, guiding our independent path and ensuring peace. Their decisions are final.

• Decision Making: Major Alliance decisions are discussed, and where appropriate, voted upon by members, or decided by leadership after member input.

• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to leadership on operations or rules.

4. Disciplinary Actions

• Minor Infractions: May result in a warning.

• Serious Infractions: Repeated minor breaches or single serious ones (e.g., severe disrespect, sabotage, persistent inactivity) may lead to suspension or removal.

• Appeal Process: Members can appeal disciplinary actions to leadership, providing their perspective.

5. Amendments

Rules may be updated by leadership to adapt to changes. Members will be notified of significant changes.
